I won’t be around much for the next few weeks as we’re in the process of moving to what is apparently a technology dead zone and only BT will provide our internet. it’s going to take 1-2 weeks to set up (from when I get chance to call them.) Anyway, I’ll have Wi-Fi at work and stuff and I need to sort some bills out online at my parents house so I won’t be totally MIA. Don’t worry about me and if you send me messages just know I’ll answer them asap!

So at the checkout for the supermarket earlier this girl put her things on the belt behind us and I wasn’t even paying attention but she said “yes, in having the biggest binge ever tonight.” So naturally I looked and she had two 100g bars of chocolate, a cream cake, a tub of ice cream and a chocolate orange. I smiled and said ” don’t worry about that, I could eat that twice over.” She looked at my bump and said “yeah but you clearly have an excuse.” And I just came out with “I’m also a bulimic.” And she looked at me properly and replied “I thought I was the only one in this town.” And we just looked at each other for a really long time and it was weird.

I hate listening to husband talk to phone / broadband / tv companies. He isn’t very good at speaking or apparently understanding what’s being said back and then he lets them push him into a totally inappropriate offer and I have to call back later and deal with it. It would be 100x easier if he let me speak to them in the first place but he has this weird male pride about it and insists he does it himself. I’m the one who uses the damned internet and phone all the time, he’s just worried about being able to watch football. As I type this, sky are trying to talk him into a £50 sports package with some seriously dodgy ancient cable internet because we can’t get broadband with them apparently. GIVE ME THE PHONE!!! Omg I can’t listen to this anymore…
